I started painting in 2020 – late after picking up drawing and far from any academic teachings. I first went along the flow of my personality, looking for what felt familiar and natural with the gesture, colors and textures. From there I felt sufficiently acquainted with the medium to work it in-depth and seek out its fundamentals.
